HWM are delighted to offer this very exclusive 2009 Seven Superlight R500 S3, this example is presented in white with red and blue painted stripes. It has had 2 previous owners and has only covered 8350 miles from new. Tastefully modified: mapping was not to gain more power but to perfect the cold start, torque and general driveability of the car. The extra bit of power was a nice by-product. This specific R500 was ordered new by a French-man hence the great taste in stripes!
This example features the carbon kevlar seats, Quaife 6 speed sequential box and a tracsport LSD for added grip and driver feedback, it has also been very well maintained all its life having a load of paperwork. PPF is currently applied to the nose, side panels and rear wings which are the crucial points on a Caterham for preventing those nasty stonechips. This is number 50 out of just 174 units built since 2008, the Caterham Superlight R500 is about twice as rare as the Bugatti Veyron—and nearly as quick at a fraction of the power and price.
