Guy, Ollie and Richard head to Brands Hatch!

Brands Hatch Track Day

On Monday 23^rd October, Ollie, Guy and Richard took to track at Brands Hatch in a Caterham Academy 7. This was our first chance to drive an Academy car on circuit under the instruction of John Byrne. John has a phenomenal history in Caterham Racing and was able to really progress our times across the day.

All day, the 7 didn’t miss a beat. Easy on tyres and brakes because of the lack of weight, we really just needed to ensure we checked the wheel nuts! The drivers were much higher maintenance. We enjoyed a dry day so we were on track until dusk and the final flag.

Ollie is entering the official Caterham Academy for 2024. There are still a few places left – call to discuss details.
