Aftersales Advisor - HWM Caterham

HWM is seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to support our busy and growing Caterham Aftersales operation.

The Role

Here at HWM we have an exciting opportunity for a new addition to join our already well-established team. We are looking for a driven and organised Aftersales Advisor to join our new team at HWM Caterham, currently based in Hersham, Surrey. You will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations by supporting the Aftersales department. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work independently as well having a key role within a successful team. The role will provide the right candidate a varied and autonomous part to play within HWM where no two days look the same.

Responsibilities

• Support the Team in the daily operation of the business
• Making workshop bookings with accuracy whilst managing work loads
• Administrative duties of invoicing promptly of Internal and Retail work.
• Managing the successful ordering of parts inline with customer and workshop demand.
• To be able to communicate effectively and promptly with customers and internal departments.
• Ensuring that race cars are track ready with no delays and that all logistics and customer requirements have been met. During race season you will need to be willing to be very hands on.

Required Skills and Experience

At HWM we are looking for someone who not only enjoys the business of an Aftersales department but has a real passion and excellent knowledge for cars. You will have a full driving licence and posess the following skills.

• A passion for exciting and amazing cars.
• A keen eye for detail.
• Be very organised and be able to work under pressue.
• Be able to work well in a team.
• Be a natural problem solver and be able to think laterally to find solutions
• Have a proven history of working as a Service Advisor - Pinnacle experience is preferred but not essential
• Uphold the Honesty, Integrity and Reputation of HWM
